The NSW Department of Education supports 2 221 schools across NSW with over 68 000 teachers. The Departments priorities recognise the importance of supporting development of teachers’ expertise and impact of school design on achieving better learning outcomes for all teachers. In recent years a number of strategies have focussed on developing future focused teaching practices which have emphasised the importance of evidence based practice.

The case for change animation was developed to support school leaders and teachers to engage in a discussion with colleagues, parents, students and the broader community about how we can best engage, challenge and support students in their learning.
