Transitions 18 in Phoenix will be held at the new The Accelerator, Canyon View High School at 6024 N. Perryville Road, Waddell, Arizona 85355. The school is currently under construction and is due to open in early August 2018.

Canyon View High School development
Agua Fria Union High School District and the DLR Group/Chasse Building Team based the design on an innovative
process that included community and District collaborative-labs resulting in three bold ideas: catalyst for change,
spatial agility and partnerships/community access balanced with the realities of scope and budget. The campus is arranged as a series of buildings that form an outdoor central area, or Agora.
The central node of the Agora is the Accelerator, a cluster of complimentary learning environments that promote exploration into the future of teaching and learning. The Accelerator is also a District resource for diverse activities,
ranging from symposiums and expositions to theatrical and lecture events all supported by low voltage, PC-based solutions that are student-friendly.
